Moitele’s CAP tool helps users predict call success with color-coded indicators.

How does the Moitele Call Answering Probability (CAP) work?

The Call Answering Probability is available in the ‘Tools’ module on the customer portal.

Step 1: Log in to the Moitele user portal using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Call Answering Probability (CAP)

Step 3: click on “Call Answering Probability”.

Step 4: Enter the numbers or copy and paste the numbers which you want to check the chance.

Step 5: Click on Check CAP

Step 6: The Call answering probability table will be displayed along with the CAP progress in its color code and answering probability with its text.
