We currently provide five different applications for calling and a customer portal that helps manage your employees and day-to-day activities.
1. Register a user account with Moitele.
Registration with Moitele takes under two minutes. You will need an email address and a secure password To register with Moitele. Once you click on register, please verify your email address from your email inbox to start using Moitele. (please refer to the image below)
After registering your account with Moitele and verifying your email address, please proceed to log in to your account using the admin login.
2. Complete account setup
Complete your account setup by visiting Profile under your username and entering your business information. Our team can assign numbers and complete bureaucracies with countries that require extra information for phone numbers when we have your business information. Click on “save” after entering business information to update information.
3. Buy phone numbers and set up agent accounts
The first agent account is always free of charge, and new agent accounts are available for purchase at USD 5. Buy new agent accounts by navigating to Agents/DIDs (refer to the image below) and buy new phone numbers in DIDs. (refer to the image below)
Please make sure your account has enough balance before purchasing new agents. You can edit the username and password by clicking on Edit. Agents can now log in using the agent credentials in the agent section at login.
4. Top-up account
Users can top-up their Moitele account by clicking Add Funds in the top panel. We accept credit cards and Paypal. Our payment methods are secure, and top-up happens instantly.
5. Access Moitele softphone applications
Moitele softphone applications require an agent username and password to log in. Please make sure that your account has enough balance to make phone calls. Softphones are accessible under Apps, and browser softphones are accessible by clicking on the Chrome vector.
